Each of The WP Gurus plans are for one website.

If you have multiple websites that you would like us to take care of for you, then you can contact us to enquire about bulk discounts.

Small jobs are any job on your website which takes 45 minutes or less to complete. Our Gurus work super-fast, so this covers most jobs that our clients request. These jobs include things like:

• Installing and configuring plugins or themes
• Debugging issues on your website and applying a fix
• Customising your theme or plugin files
• Creating and deploying forms on your website
• Connecting third party services such as MailChimp or payment processors

If your job will take longer than 45 minutes to complete, then we will either provide you a quote for us to complete the job for you, or, based on your job usage history, go ahead and complete the job for you for free.

Most small jobs are completed within 60 minutes of a request being made. If your job is high priority, then you can let us know when you submit the task and we’ll ensure it’s completed as quickly as possible.

In order for us to effectively maintain your WordPress website, we need two sets of credentials from you:

1. WordPress Admin Details
   You can create a new ‘administrator’ account for us to use to gain access to your WordPress admin area, or you can provide us with your admin account details and we’ll create a new admin account which we will use to access your website.
2. cPanel Admin Details
   We also need access to your web hosting account, so that we have direct access to your files and the MySQL database powering your website.

With these two sets of credentials, we have everything we need to provide the full WP Gurus maintenance and support services.
